La série est composée de 30 épisodes de 3 minutes 30 qui sont diffusés sur France 5 et disponibles en ligne à partir du 8 mars 2020 sur https://www.france.tv/. Comme nous avons divisé les épisodes entre nous deux, j’ai notamment encadré les épisodes suivants : Temple Grandin, Nellie Bly, Joséphine Baker, Jesselyn Radack, Giorgina Reid, Mae Jemison, Peggy Guggenheim, Lozen, Agnodice, Thérèse Clerc, Betty Davis, Katia Krafft, Hedy Lamarr, Delia Akeley, Cheryl Bridges.

TV adaptation of the French graphic novel Brazen (written by Pénélope Bagieu), broadcasted on France Télévisions (French public channel). Co-directed with Phuong Mai Nguyen and Sarah Saidan, produced by Silex Films.
I have started to work on the production as a storyboard artist, and worked on the following episodes : Temple Grandin, Nellie Bly and Joséphine Baker, under the supervision of Sarah Saidan (who directed the TV pilot about Annette Kellerman), and Phuong Mai Nguyen, and then I was offered to work as a co-director on the production.

30 portraits de femmes, connues ou inconnues, qui ont osé faire voler en éclats les préjugés, et changé le monde à leur manière.
La série « Culottées » est l’adaptation animée de l’oeuvre de Pénélope Bagieu, traduite en 17 langues et publiée dans plus de 22 pays, vendue à 550 000 exemplaires dans le monde. La BD a reçu le Eisner Award du meilleur livre étranger en 2019 aux Etats-Unis.

The series features portraits of 30 women, some well-known and others less so, who wrote their own destinies, Brazen ladies who were out to tear down prejudice : an Apache warrior, a Hollywood star, a lighthouse keeper, a cosmonaut, an empress. Their determination, boldness and strength changed the times and societies in which they lived.
« Brazen » is the animated adaptation of Pénélope Bagieu’s best-selling graphic novel, translated in 17 languages and published in more than 22 countries, Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of International Material in 2019.
